All orders placed with Nature’s Quote are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or during promotional periods may require additional processing time.
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message along with tracking details via email or SMS.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship our products across India. Delivery availability may vary based on location, courier partner serviceability, and local regulations.
At present, we do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Timeline
Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days
- Remote Areas: 6–10 business days

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly mentioned at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or minimum order values, which will be displayed on the website.

Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners usually make 2–3 delivery attempts. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the package, the order may be returned to us.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery details at the time of placing an order. Nature’s Quote is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Damaged or Missing Packages
If you receive a damaged, leaked, or tampered package, please do not accept the delivery. If accepted, kindly report the issue to us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos for verification.
We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution as per our policies.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work closely with reliable courier partners, Nature’s Quote is not responsible for delays caused by external logistics providers. In rare cases of lost shipments, we will coordinate with the courier company and assist you in resolving the issue.
