Return & Refund Policy – Nature’s Quote

At Nature’s Quote, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality, authentic, and long-lasting perfumes. This Return & Refund Policy explains the terms and conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are processed.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of perfume and personal care products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, leaked, broken, or defective product
  • You received an incorrect item different from what you ordered
  • The product is expired or has manufacturing defects

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened, used, or tested products
  • Products with broken seals or missing packaging
  • Change of mind or personal fragrance preference
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

Return Request Process

If you wish to request a return, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please share:

  • Order ID
  • Product images/videos clearly showing the issue
  • Description of the problem

Return Approval & Pickup

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner (where serviceable). In locations where pickup is not available, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.

The product must be returned in its original condition, packaging, and seal.

If the returned product fails quality inspection, the return request may be rejected.


Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting account details.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Replacement Policy

In case of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund (subject to availability).

Replacements will be dispatched after verification and return approval.


Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the product is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing it.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or partially used perfumes
  • Trial or sample products
  • Clearance or discounted items (unless damaged)
  • Customized or personalized fragrances

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are advised to:

  • Record an unboxing video for proof in case of disputes
  • Check the package at the time of delivery
  • Provide accurate contact and address details

Failure to follow these guidelines may affect return eligibility.
